Add it to your home screen or desktop once. With notifications allowed, Vent can send chat offers while the window is closed.
IPHONE & IPAD
On iPhone and iPad, add Vent once. Open the icon, then allow notifications when asked. If you already added it, open that icon instead of adding another.
ANDROID
If Vent is already on your home screen, open that icon. If the install option is missing, update Chrome and try from the main Vent page.
DESKTOP
If Vent is already installed, open the existing app. Keep browser notifications enabled in your computer's system settings.
Choose Talk to someone. Vent finds an available adult and sends them an invite.
Send text or a voice note. Either person can end the chat whenever they want.
Both people can tap Add now. You can save up to two people and message them again.
Leave availability on and allow notifications in your browser and device settings. Vent can send an offer while you're away; the chat opens only after both people accept. If you blocked alerts, open the browser's site settings for vent.seofg.xyz and change Notifications to Allow. On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Vent. Alerts use general wording and don't include chat messages or names. iPhone and iPad need Vent on the home screen before web push can be enabled.
